We’re back this fall with a new series of hands-on sourdough baking classes, featuring a different seasonal sourdough in each session. Join Head Baker Daniel for a relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop where you’ll learn the foundations of sourdough baking, from starter to shaping and baking. No prior experience required—just come ready to bake, learn, and take your very own loaf home.

- Caramelized Onion and Gruyere sourdough
- Fig & Walnut soursough
- Chocolate & Orange sourdough
- Roasted Garlic and Rosemary sourdough
What you'll learn:
How to feed and maintain a sourdough starter
Mixing, folding, and shaping dough

Please note: Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy, and bring something to tie back long hair. No need to bring anything—aprons and all materials will be provided.
