Cybersecurity Beyond Frameworks: Turning Strategy into Real Protection

11:30pm -12:00pm - Networking & Lunch
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Presentation(CPE credits)

Abstract

Many organizations struggle to translate complex security frameworks (like NIST or ISO) into tangible, measurable protection for their assets. This talk moves past compliance checklists to focus on pragmatic engineering and operational validation. I will share concrete methods for prioritizing controls based on real-world risk, testing resilience in production environments, and ensuring security investments yield actual risk reduction rather than just audit pass rates.
