We’re pleased to be bringing our immersive Elements Sound Bath to the beautiful Crystal Ballroom in Glossop.

Join Julie & Caz from Alchemy Circle, in collaboration with Susan Donnelly, for 90 minutes of sound, vibration and stillness.

This is an immersive sound experience, with you lying comfortably as the sounds and frequencies surround you. We’ll work instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, shamanic drums, rattles and crystal harp, creating layers of sound and vibration that you can hear, feel and experience throughout the session.

The sound bath will explore the four elements:

Earth- grounding and stillness

Air- breath, movement and space
Fire- energy, warmth and transformation
Water-flow, emotion and release

It’s a chance to step away from the noise for a while and experience sound in a different way, not just listening to it, but allowing yourself to become fully immersed in it.

Mats and blankets are provided, so just bring yourself and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
