Tarot Salon presents Death: The End Has No End

Death: The End Has No End

Come join this month's discussion on the Death card! Please bring a deck if you have one- there will be a few extra on hand though if you need it. All levels welcome. ✨

For our October Salon we're confronting, wrestling, and laughing with Death. Death is very rarely literal in tarot; it is not the last card of the Major Arcana but the 13th. As the Scorpio card, it symbolizes transformation. Once the Hanged One has changed their perspective, a cycle ends and they are reborn; they then experience the alchemical healing, wisdom, and balance of Temperance, the Sagittarius card. Rather than a scythe, in the RWS Death bears the banner of the cinquefoil White Rose, which has connections to the Virgin Mary and the Shekhinah amongst many other things. Death brings grief but it is also the Universe calling us home. With each renewal and rebirth, we come closer to our truest selves.

Please bring a deck if you have one- there will be a few extra on hand though if you need it. All levels welcome!
