Is parking available?

Yes! Free street parking is available around the Miami Springs Woman’s Club. Guests are also welcome to park at Grace Lutheran Church, located just half a block away.

Do adults need a ticket?

Yes. Every guest—children and adults—must have a ticket to enter the experience. Children under 3 are free but must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap during the tea portion of the experience.

Is Witches of Westward scary?

Not at all! Witches of Westward is a magical, family-friendly Halloween experience created especially for children—but we have a feeling the grown-ups may fall under its spell, too. There are no jump scares or haunted-house frights.

What does my ticket include?

Your timed experience includes tea & treats with the witches, storytelling, and games, and time to explore our wonderfully witchy, museum-style shops

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in. Each experience begins promptly—and the witches keep a very precise clock!

What happens if we arrive late?

This is a timed experienced.  If you arrive late you will not get the full experience, and sold-out sessions may prevent us from moving you to another time. Please arrive early!

How long is the experience?

Your enchanted experience lasts approximately 1 hour. Please allow extra time before your session for check-in and afterward to explore.  Each group will have a witch host that will take you from one experience to another.

Can children wear costumes?

Absolutely! Costumes are encouraged. Witches, wizards, magical creatures and Halloween finery are all welcome.

Is this a drop-off event?

No. Children must be accompanied by a ticketed parent, guardian or responsible adult throughout the entire experience.

Can we bring a stroller?

Space inside our enchanted clubhouse is limited. Whenever possible, we recommend leaving large strollers at home or in your vehicle.

Can we take pictures?

Absolutely! Capture the magic and make some memories. We simply ask that photography not interrupt the storytelling or the experience of other guests.

What are the witchy shops?

Part of the magic! Explore whimsical, museum-style shops and displays like the Westward Wand Co., Bootique, Wickedly Sweet Treats, and Green Witches’ Botanicals.

Where does the magic happen?

At the historic Miami Springs Woman’s Club, 200 Westward Drive, Miami Springs, FL—transformed for one magical weekend into the home of the Witches of Westward!

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets should be purchased online in advance. Each session is limited to 50 guests, so tickets at the door are not guaranteed and will not be available if your session is sold out.

Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please double-check your selected date and session time before completing your purchase.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tickets may be transferred to another guest. Simply have the new ticket holder bring your ticket purchase receipt to check-in.

Does the event happen if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Yes! A little rain can’t stop the witches. Witches of Westward is an indoor experience and takes place rain or shine.
