What to Expect

The Next Chapter, presented by Alla Klymenko, Monique Renée, and Ellenit Serrano, is a three-hour immersive experience designed to help you pause, listen inward, and consciously move from one chapter of your life into the next.

You’ll have space to think, share, release, move, and call in what’s ready to emerge. You don't need to arrive with a plan, a vision, or all the answers. This experience is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and allow what's next to become clearer.

Together, we will:

REFLECT — Think + Share
Look back with honesty and compassion. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, you’ll recognize what shaped you, what you’ve learned, what you’re proud of, and what you’re ready to leave behind.

RELEASE — Let Go
Some things don’t need to come with you. Through intentional practices, breath, ritual, and connection, you’ll create space by releasing old stories, expectations, patterns, or attachments that no longer belong in your next chapter.

ACTIVATE — Move + Embody
This is where insight becomes experience. Through breath and intentional movement, you’ll get out of your head and into your body—allowing yourself to feel what’s next rather than simply think about it.

CALL IN — Listen + Choose
Beneath the noise, expectations, and shoulds, there is often a quieter knowing. You’ll create space to listen to what your intuition—and your soul—already knows you need, and consciously call that forward.

You won’t leave with another list of things you should do.

You’ll leave more connected to yourself, clearer about what you’re leaving behind, and more deeply in touch with what you’re ready to welcome in.

This is a space to honor the woman you’ve been, make room for the woman you’re becoming, and step into your next chapter with intention.
