An Evening with Chef Patrick O'Connell: A Celebration of His New Memoir

The Chase Club at Hotel Burg is opening its doors to the public for a special evening with Chef Patrick O'Connell, one of America's most celebrated culinary figures, as he celebrates the release of his new memoir.

The evening begins with an intimate fireside conversation between Chef O'Connell and PEOPLE writer and reporter Dawn Klavon. In the setting of The Chase Club, a private members' club, guests will hear Chef O'Connell talk about his remarkable career, his philosophy of hospitality, and the stories and experiences that have shaped his life in the culinary world.
