Join the 4th and final SÆSON CYKLUS talk of 2026 at Copenhagen Business School. We're a student club hosting seasonal events on the menstrual cycle.

SÆSON CYKLUS Fall Talk 2026, supported by Tuborgfondet

This talk focuses on the luteal phase, the fourth and final phase of the menstrual cycle, sometimes called "the inner autumn." After ovulation, progesterone rises and the body prepares for a possible pregnancy. If none happens, hormone levels fall again towards menstruation. For many, this is a time when energy turns inward. Focus can sharpen, patience can shorten, and the body asks for a different pace. The luteal phase is often reduced to PMS. It deserves a far more nuanced conversation.

The full theme and panel will be announced soon. The evening will be moderated by menstrual cycle expert and biologist Ida Axholm, and will be an open and honest conversation about the luteal phase and what it means for how we live, work and build.

MEET THE PANEL

Ida Axholm (Moderator) holds a Master's degree (Cand.scient) in molecular and medicinal biology from Roskilde University and the University of Copenhagen, and she is a certified Fertility Awareness Method educator through FEMM. Since 2019, Ida has worked extensively with cycle tracking, fertility awareness and cyclical living, teaching and guiding women to better understand their menstrual cycles. With her scientific background and hands-on experience, Ida brings valuable insight and nuance to the conversation.
