We all mess up sometimes. Apology and repair is a skill worth learning and improve in, and shouldn't wait till you've messed up! :)
The Art of Apology & Repair [A Workshop]
We all mess up sometimes. Whether you're single and want to build self-awareness before your next relationship, or already in one and want to handle conflict better — apology and repair is a skill worth improving in. Learning it shouldn't wait till you've messed up 🙏
The reality is that apologies aren't one-size-fits-all. Despite your sincerity, what may feel like a genuine "sorry" to you may fall short for someone else. Often, it's because it wasn't delivered in the way the other person needed to hear it.
This is a skill you want to learn now, not in the middle of a fight 😅
This workshop will look at what makes an apology land, and what real repair looks like after — the actions and follow-through that rebuild trust.
Expect real scenarios, group discussion, expert input, and hands-on practice. Bring your own experiences if you want to, but you won't be put on the spot to share if you're not comfortable to.
What you'll gain
📝 An understanding of what different people need from an apology, through real scenarios and examples
📝 Your own apology style — what you personally need to feel an apology has landed
📝 How to repair and rebuild trust
📝 What to do when your attempts to apologise aren't received well
