The Therapeutic Poetry Session| the start of a poetry podcast -Monthly

Overview

A sanctuary — for feelers, thinkers, healers. Come as you are, leave lighter. Expect vulnerability, poetry, conversation that stays.

October Theme: "Falling Into Truth"

Important information about TTPS podcast culture:

Check-in starts at 5:00. Come as you are, solo or with a friend — relax, connect, and settle in before the poetry session begins.
This space is centered on mental health and wellness — approached holistically, because healing isn’t one-dimensional. We hold space for mind, heart, and spirit through poetry, a variety of art, honest conversation, and community.

We won’t pretend the weight of the world doesn’t follow us into the room. This isn’t a political platform — it’s a place to exhale, not debate.

A diverse space for all kinds of people, built around shared themes. Leave your biases and judgments at the door. The goal: an authentic, safe community where people can actually be seen.

Open mic is for all not just artists 🫶🏾
