Join us on Thursday, November 5th for the 12th annual Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings provided by Lamplighter Brewing Co.
The cocktail hour will feature passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres where guests can meet the chef, and learn about how we keep up with abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. A Gibbet Hill Farm manager will be on hand to discuss growing practices and what it is like to work with the chefs and culinary teams of Webber Restaurant Group. Sample a variety of Lamplighter's brews and meet members of the brewing team !
After the cocktail hour, commune with other guests during a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner. To top off this special dinner event, a representative from Lamplighter Brewing Co. will lead the group through the beers paired with each course.
For this special dinner, the brewers at Lamplighter teamed up with the Gibbet Hill Farm and culinary teams to create a beer featuring crops grown right on the farm!
