Come check out Beach Tennis at Berkley Riverfront and learn the basics of this fast-paced, social, and ridiculously fun sport!

Beach Tennis combines elements of tennis and volleyball, played on a sand court with a net. Instead of letting the ball bounce like traditional tennis, players keep the ball in the air and use quick reactions, placement, and teamwork to keep the rally going.

What You'll Learn

This Learn to Play session will walk you through everything you need to get started,

You’ll spend time learning the fundamentals and then putting them into action with live play.

Never Played Before? No Problem!

You do not need any Beach Tennis experience to participate. If you’ve played tennis, volleyball, pickleball, or really just enjoy trying new sports, you’ll have a great starting point — but complete beginners are welcome too!

All equipment is provided, so all you need to bring is yourself, comfortable athletic clothes, and a willingness to have some fun in the sand.
