Community Yoga and Sound Bath at The Parlor (a Trash People Fundraiser)
Come stretch, relax, and support The Parlor!
The Parlor is a resource redistribution project by Trash People, based in Logan Square.
Let's take a moment as the seasons change and the weather gets cooler to check in with ourselves and prioritize movement.
We'll gather together in the social hall in the Grace Church/St. Luke's Church building (entry will be through the rainbow doors on the side of the building.). This is a gentle class is suitable for all skill levels! Beginners very welcome.
After the 50 minute class, we will serve complimentary tea and stick around for a few minutes to get to know our neighbors :)
Bring your own mat, water and blanket - we will have a few mats available if needed!
All proceeds from ticket sales will support the work of The Parlor, redistributing essential resources in the community and reducing our community's environmental impact in the process.
