Throughout her career, she has led leadership teams through enterprise-wide business transformations, HR and finance systems implementations, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, outsourcing and globalisation.

Her corporate experience spans financial services, information technology, human resources, pharmaceuticals and utilities, including work with organisations such as Algonquin Power & Utilities Corporation, AstraZeneca, the City of Toronto and Confederation Life.

Maggie is also a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner.
