New Moon Renewal: Self-Care Sunday Sound Bath
Celebrate the season of Fall, join us for an intimate women's circle dedicated to honoring yourself, with a sound bath to anchor intentions!
This 2-hour event will include a sharing circle with intention-setting, followed by a 1-hour-long sound bath to ground the intentions!
As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, the October New Moon invites us to go inward — to shed what no longer serves us and plant quiet seeds of intention for the season ahead. Join us for an intimate women's circle and full sound bath experience at Isis Books & Gifts, held under the energy of the New Moon in the heart of fall.
We'll open with a sharing circle — a safe, sacred space to speak openly, listen deeply, and hold space for one another. This is your time to connect, reflect, and be heard. The second hour is a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, a symphonic gong, shamanic drum, Koshi chimes, and vocal harmonizing. Let the vibrations quiet your mind, soften your body, and carry you into stillness.
The New Moon is a time of darkness and possibility — a blank page, an invitation to pause before the next chapter begins. As autumn asks us to release and let go, this gathering offers a space to honor that process together. Come as you are. Let go of what's heavy. Leave a little lighter.

With over five years of experience as a sound bath practitioner, she creates sacred, intentional spaces for deep healing and restoration. Passionate about accessible wellness, Izzy founded the Denver Sound Bath Collective to bring transformative sound healing to the community.
