Georgia's Home Energy Rebates Program is designed to help eligible GA households reduce the cost of energy efficiency improvements and home electrification upgrades. The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) can include insulation, aire sealing, ventilation, heat pumps, electrical upgrades, and other energy-saving measures.
