Question 1

Where will the tour meet?

Accepted Answer

Tour location is provided in the email confirmation sent from Eventbrite (noreply@order.eventbrite.com), with a subject line beginning “Order Confirmation for.” Find the meeting location and other important access information towards the bottom under “Additional Information.”

Question 2

Is there a waitlist for Ticketed tours? Do you take walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no waitlists, and walk-ins are not accepted. For many of our Ticketed sites, this is a space or security issue. Admission is for ticketholders only.

Question 3

Does my child need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Everyone, including children, needs tickets to attend Ticketed tours, but note that not all locations allow children. Check a location’s age restrictions on its listing.

Question 4

I have a ticket but can no longer attend. Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Accepted Answer

In many cases, yes. The person attending should give the original name on the order at check-in. Security restrictions at some sites prohibit ticket transfers. Check the site's listing at ohny.org or email us at info@ohny.org.

Question 5

What else do I need to know?

Accepted Answer

Important information for each site, like personal protective equipment requirements and baggage restrictions, are included in each site's listing on ohny.org and in the order confirmation email ticketholders receive from Eventbrite.

Question 6
