Welcome to our first Branded Residences Summit in Prague, an event dedicated entirely to branded residences in Central and Eastern Europe.

Branded residences are the fastest-growing segment in global luxury real estate. The number of schemes worldwide has nearly tripled in a decade, the average brand premium in Europe has reached 38%, and the European pipeline is projected to more than double by 2032 (Savills Research). Yet in CEE, the topic still gets a single panel at general property forums, and most developers are making brand decisions with little local data.

Prague is a natural entry point: strong price growth, limited prime supply, an international buyer base and a mature hotel market. The decisions that shape the next generation of branded projects in the region are being made now, years before ground-breaking. This summit is where those conversations happen.

Expect practical insights, real market data and frank discussion on:
