2026 CRACKED: Nutcracker with a Twist!
See the light shine through the cracks in LA’s first Nutcracker of the season—a beloved tradition with a magical Celtic twist.
Join Leigh Purtill Ballet Company for the return of our original ballet, CRACKED: Nutcracker with a Twist!
After a long evening working at the Stahlbaums’ holiday party, maid Nora receives an enchanted snow globe from Drosselmeyer. When it accidentally cracks, she is transported into a magical new world, where she meets Maeve, a woodland fairy queen, and discovers an adventure she never expected.
Blending the beloved Nutcracker story and Tchaikovsky score with a whimsical, Celtic-inspired Land of the Fae, this enchanted reimagining takes you on an adventure filled with Naiads, Dryads, Selkies, fairies, and more.
Experience the beauty of classical ballet, imaginative storytelling, and charming characters as CRACKED puts a fresh twist on a beloved holiday tradition.
A magical new world! One unforgettable adventure!
