Marchesi de’ Cordano Wine Dinner
Giando welcomes Marchesi de’ Cordano for an evening exploring the wines and flavours of Abruzzo.
Established in 2000 by Francesco D’Onofrio, with oenologist Vittorio Festa, the winery carries forward a family winemaking heritage that began with Francesco’s grandfather in the mid-20th century. Set in the hills of Loreto Aprutino, between the Gran Sasso mountains and the Adriatic Sea, the estate produces wines that reflect the character of the region.
Chef Gianni Caprioli has created a six-course menu that brings the region’s food and wine together, with the depth and structure of Montepulciano finding a natural partner in the richness of beef and roasted lamb.
