Step through the Dragon’s Gate and into an evening of movement, meditation, and sound healing inspired by the celestial energy of the Draconid Meteor Shower.

The Draconids are an annual meteor shower that appears to radiate from the constellation Draco, the Dragon. Unlike many meteor showers that are best viewed before dawn, the Draconids are traditionally an evening meteor shower, making their appearance in the autumn sky especially fitting for a night of reflection, transformation, and connection to the cosmos.

In this class, we will use the imagery of the dragon as a symbol of inner fire, courage, transformation, and awakened energy. Through intentional movement, we’ll begin to open and move energy through the body before settling into meditation and creating space to listen inward.

We’ll close our journey immersed in sound healing, allowing the vibrations to wash through the body as we rest beneath the energetic symbolism of the Dragon’s Gate.

Come ready to move, breathe, receive, and reconnect with the fire and wisdom already within you.
