Our sound bath meditation in Houston is a quiet hour away from the traffic, the to-do list, and the Houston hustle. You lie down on a mat, get cozy, and let crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments do the work. There's nothing to perform and nothing to get right. You just rest.
New to sound healing? You're in the right place. No experience is needed, and we have every prop you'll need: mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters. Just wear something comfortable. It's not hot yoga, and we keep the room cool and calm.
We're right off the 610 Loop near 18th and 12th Street, an easy drive from The Heights, Spring Branch, Memorial, and River Oaks. There's plenty of free parking in our own lot, so you won't need to circle the block.
Weekly schedule: Monday to Thursday at 11:11 AM Monday and Thursday at 7 PM Saturday at 9 AM
