K-POPilates class on Sunday, Oct 04th! Expect movement, core work, stretches, and plenty of sing-along moments!
Whether you’ve been to our first event or you’re brand new, we can’t wait to flow with you again. Let’s build strength, confidence, and community!
Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• BTS lightstick (optional but highly encouraged for max vibes)
