Art City Austin's Fiesta

Art City Austin’s Fiesta is Austin’s longest-running arts festival, celebrating more than 75 years of creativity, culture, and community. Returning September 26-27, 2026, Fiesta features an Artist Market with dozens of artists and makers, live music, performances, local food, and interactive experiences at the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center.

Continuing the tradition of bringing artists and audiences together, the Fiesta 2026 music lineup includes headliners Riders Against the Storm and Bidi Bidi Banda, with performances by Los Desechos, Lesly Reynaga, Federico7, ATX Art for Social Impact, Los Gatos 512, the Native American Cultural Center, and Danza Azteca Guadalupana.

Founded in 1950 as a juried arts-and-crafts fair, Fiesta has evolved alongside a changing Austin while remaining rooted in its commitment to celebrating artists and bringing the arts into public spaces. After decades of growth and change, A3: Art Alliance Austin reclaimed its original name, Fiesta, in 2025, honoring the festival’s history while embracing a renewed vision centered on artists, accessibility, and community.
