Hands on: Tagliatelle with Fall Ragù

About this Class: In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!   

About this Dish: A Fall inspired take on traditional Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, this dish combines seasonal squash and other vegetables into a flavorful and hearty ragu. In this class, it will be served with fresh tagliatelle pasta, while at home you can prepare with any of your favorite pasta shapes!   

In this Class You Will:  

• Learn about the seasonality and regionality of traditional Italian ragu 

• Observe as our Scuola chef teaches the group how to shape your own Tagliatelle and then demonstrates how to prepare Ragu di Zucca  

• Shape your own fresh tagliatelle from scratch, by hand 

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, the hero pasta dish alongside a curated wine pairing, and a dessert  

• Take home your creation alongside a recipe, to recreate it at home 

Please Note:  

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest  

• Seating is first-come, first-served  

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes  

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available. 

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
