QUEENS UNITES DINNER: Community Keeps Us Safe

Get to know your neighbors and dream up big ideas for a better Queens, together.

Join Malikah, in partnership with 31st Ave Open Street and The David Prize, around one long table for an evening of food, storytelling, and connection, centered on the theme of Community and the voices and organizing power of the people who sustain our neighborhoods.

We'll serve a halal meal, with vegetarian and vegan options. Bring drinks or desserts to share, and dress your table with placemats, flowers, or any personal touch that makes it feel warm.

Throughout the evening, guests will be invited to reflect and share their own journeys through story cards placed at each table sparking conversation, memory, and connection.

Come eat, connect, and build a Queens rooted in belonging, justice, and care for all.
