Celebrate 4 years of health, happiness, womanhood and community with us at our Gala: an evening full of joy and partying

Four years of movement. Four years of community. Four years of women showing up for themselves and for each other.

This November, we’re getting dressed up and coming together to celebrate four incredible years of STUK CIC and we want our women, their partners, friends and supporters there with us.

The STUK Gala 2026 is our chance to step out of the gym clothes, put on something special and celebrate everything this community has become. Expect an evening full of good food, music, laughter, connection and plenty of celebration.

On the night, there’ll be:

• 🍽️ Food and refreshments
• 🎧 DJ and music throughout the evening
• 🏆 STUK awards celebrating some of the incredible women in our community
• 🎤 Talks and reflections on our journey so far
• 🎯 Games, competitions and prizes
• 💃🏾 Dancing, socialising and plenty of fun
• ❤️ A chance to reconnect with women from across the STUK community

Every penny raised through this event will go back into STUK celebrations and social activities, helping us continue creating opportunities for women to come together outside of our regular sessions.

This is a proper celebration, so whether you’re bringing the glamour, your favourite dress, a sharp suit or simply something that makes you feel amazing — come ready to celebrate.

Who can come?

Our STUK women are at the heart of the evening, but we would love you to bring your partners and friends too. This is a chance for the people around you to experience the community you’ve helped us build.
