Priority Hour guests are also invited to start the day with a little movement and a lot of good company. Meet at 10:15 AM for weighted-vest try-ons, followed by a guided ruck and strength + stretch session with The Carry. Rucking is simply walking with weight, an approachable way to turn an everyday walk into strength training. No experience is needed.

On-site bloodwork covering estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, LH, FSH and thyroid, plus CBC, CMP and ferritin, and a follow-up appointment to review your results. Offered by Next Health. A take-home DUTCH hormone test will also be available.

A private, 15-minute skin cancer screening with a dermatology provider to evaluate areas of concern. Offered by Lévy Dermatology.
