Chicago Textile Fair

Chicago Textile Fair

Overview

Second annual Chicago Textile Fair hosted by Chicago Textile Center. A weekend of textiles, fiber, and community!

NOTE: TWO LOCATIONS

The Chicago Textile Fair takes place across the weekend of October 9-11th, 2026. Join us for a weekend of programming celebrating Chicagoland fiber and textile artists. Our 2026 theme of Sustainable Communities will connect programming across three days of inspiration, community, and education.

On Friday, we are hosting an opening reception for an art show at Gallery Wrightwood (3325 W Wrightwood Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) in Logan Square, including Hope Wang of LMRM as keynote speaker and a facilitated discussion.

Saturday at The Plant (1400 W 46th St, Chicago, IL 60609) is a classic maker's market; a chance to shop and connect with other makers and enthusiasts.

Closing out the weekend, on Sunday at Gallery Wrightwood (3325 W Wrightwood Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) we will focus on skill sharing and live demonstrations from textile artists and educations of all mediums.
