Start your Halloween weekend off with a detox before you retox. Enjoy a 60 min. all levels yoga flow with Melissa, tune into your mind, body, and breath, backed by a spooky playlist. Wear a costume you can move in, get into flow, and enjoy a FREE 16oz beer after class.
Please arrive 10-15 min early to check in.
