Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter an immersive experience of sound, vibration, relaxation, and renewal.

Harmony Quintessence brings together five experienced sound practitioners for a beautiful collaborative sound journey. Rather than experiencing a single practitioner or one type of instrument, you will be surrounded by layers of vibration created through gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, flute, rainstick, ocean drum, and other sacred sound instruments.

Each practitioner brings their own unique style, instruments, and energy to the experience. Together, they create a rich soundscape designed to invite you to slow down, soften, and simply receive.

There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to get to.

Lie back. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. And allow the sound to move around and through you.

Sound and vibration can provide a beautiful space for deep rest and personal reflection. During the experience, you may notice the vibrations of the instruments, shifts in your awareness, a sense of spaciousness, or simply the opportunity to become deeply relaxed.

Meet Our Sound Practitioners

Harmony Quintessence brings together Vialet B Rayne, Jessica Stokes, Tammy Hopkins, Susi Brotherton, and Dawn Straton for one collaborative sound experience.

Each practitioner contributes different instruments and sound traditions, creating layers of tones, frequencies, rhythms, and vibrations throughout the room.

ARRIVE EARLY!

Doors will close promptly at the start of the event—once we begin, no late entry will be allowed to ensure an uninterrupted, peaceful experience for everyone. Arriving early gives you time to create your own cozy space on the floor and settle in.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Dress comfortably—you will be lying on the floor for much of the experience.

You may also bring an eye mask if you would like to deepen your relaxation and reduce visual distractions.

Your crystals and jewelry will love being in the energy of the experience. Because space is limited, we recommend bringing only a few special pieces that you would like to have with you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

There will be five sound practitioners playing during the event. At different times, they will be playing instruments over you and around you.

They will play several sound instruments throughout the event. The sound may be loud at times—especially when the gong is used to clear the energies in the room and within you. If you’re sensitive to sound or use a hearing aid, please adjust for your comfort.
