Advocacy in Menopause: Sex, Mental Health, Workplace & Policy

Advocacy in Menopause: Sex, Mental Health, Workplace & Policy

Overview

Honest conversations about menopause advocacy across sexual health, mental health, the workplace, and public policy.

Menopause doesn't happen in a vacuum. It can affect our health, relationships, careers, mental well-being, and the way we navigate systems that weren't necessarily designed with this stage of life in mind.

Advocacy in Menopause: Sex, Mental Health, Workplace & Policy brings together four Michigan voices for an honest conversation about what it means to advocate for yourself, and for others, throughout the menopause transition.

Each speaker will bring her unique perspective to one area of advocacy, from sexual health and mental health to the workplace and public policy. We'll then bring those perspectives together for a panel conversation exploring where these issues intersect, followed by an audience Q&A.

Whether you're navigating perimenopause or menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply want to better understand this stage of life, you're welcome in the room.

Tickets are $30 + applicable fees and include snacks, refreshments and the chance to win curated raffle prizes from our event partners.
