Is there a Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations received before February 12, 2027 are refunded minus an administrative fee. Refunds will not be given past February 12, 2027.

Question 3

Is the lunch provided?

Lunch is included with conference registration. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies when registering. Special dietary accommodations requests must be submitted by February 12, 2027.

Are CEU's provided?

Completion of the required conference evaluation is the attendee's responsibility and must be completed before a continuing education (CE) certificate can be issued. Evaluations must be submitted by 03/31/2027. CE certificates will be mailed no later then 04/01/2027.

Continuing Education Approval for Counselors

This program is approved by NBCC to offer 12 credit hours (6 credit hours per day*). LSU Health Sciences Center Department of Counseling has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 3058. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified.
