When Microservices Don't Make Sense - Augustas Bastys

When we started our project, microservices seemed like the right choice for independent teams, deployments, and scaling. Over time, our team structure, traffic, and requirements changed, and the complexity and operational costs of running 10 microservices started to outweigh their benefits. This presentation shares our journey from 10 microservices to 2 monoliths and 1 microservice, and the lessons we learned about choosing the right architecture for the problems you actually have.
