🌟 Facilitated by Elisa, founder of Yogalifemore. Elisa is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor, Sound healer, Meditation & Breathwork facilitator and also a certified Neuroscience coach. She believes in the transformative power of Yoga to heal and uplift individuals, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and others. Her sessions are not just Yoga practices, they are an invitation to discover our true potential, self-awareness, a journey through the self to find the magic healing mightiness of gratitude, acceptance and love.
