Behind Performance — KIN. CIRCLES

Behind Performance — KIN. CIRCLES

Overview

This is a free, accessible evening and the very first KIN.CIRCLES — a space designed to hold genuine human connection. With Nina Montalban.

18:00 - 20:00 | Evening session

Topic of the evening: "Behind Performance" — by KIN. CIRCLES

Many of us are skilled at seeming okay — delivering, responding fast, holding it together, even when something underneath feels heavy or lonely. Especially as freelancers/entrepreneurs, where no one's really asking how you're doing mid-week.

Join Nina in exploring why performance and loneliness are so often linked through a short teaching, guided individual and group reflection, and a closing circle where it's safe to share only as much as feels right. Personal growth happens in collective spaces too.

You'll leave with a real understanding of why you feel the way you do, one tool you can use immediately, and the reminder that you're not carrying it alone.

Please note: photos and video will be taken during the evening to document and share this work. If you'd rather not appear on camera, just let me know when you arrive.

About Nina Montalban

Nina Montalban is a UX Designer and teacher in personal growth and spirituality, who has taught across the US, Spain, and Sweden for over six years — fluently in English, Swedish, and Spanish.

Facilitating in-depth experiences is what she does best. She brings a curiosity that leads to real insight, and a presence steady enough to guide people through genuine breakthroughs. Her work rests on three pillars: body and nervous system, mind and relationships, faith and meaning.

Most of her work so far has lived in one-on-one mentorship and spontaneous workshops. KIN.CIRCLES is her next step — a social, community-based experiment in taking that same depth and building it together, in a room, with more than one person at a time.

Lighter snacks will be provided.
