We begin with ceremonial Reza Cacao, honoring this sacred plant medicine as an ally for opening the heart and preparing the body, mind and spirit for meditation. Through intention, breath and awareness, we bring our attention to the heart and the higher centers of consciousness, traditionally associated with intuition, perception, creativity and our capacity to access deeper inner knowledge.

From this open and receptive state, we enter the Meditation on Twin Hearts, activating the heart and crown centers to become channels of love, compassion, peace and the will to do good.

Rather than meditating only for ourselves, we expand beyond the individual. Together, we bless Mother Earth and all beings, allowing loving-kindness, compassion, healing and peace to flow through us and into the world.

And then… stillness.

After giving, we become quiet enough to receive.

We rest in the space beyond the thoughts, allowing the mind to soften and the energy of the practice to integrate.
