EVENT INFORMATION:

2:30 PM: Event Begins: Cocktail Party and Cash Bar with Adult Beverages & Soft Drinks for Guests to Mix & Mingle with their Friends & Family before the Show.

3-5 PM: SHOW

5-8 PM: DINNER DANCE

TICKET INFORMATION:

VIP EXPERIENCE includes Show Admission and a Dinner Dance Party with seats at front-row tables.

• $145 - Saves $20 if Tickets are purchased on or before 9/25/26

• $165 - Full Price Tickets purchased after 9/25/26

• $175 - At the Door Prices begin on 10/17/26 (No special meal considerations with at-the-door tickets)

SHOW TABLE SEATS (does not include Dinner Dance Party)

• $40 On or Before 9/25/26

• $45 Purchased after 9/25/26

• $50 At the door prices begin 10/17/26

FAQS

What time should we arrive for the Show? The Show will start promptly at 3 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 2:30 PM to ensure seating in time for the Show. The cash bar opens at 2:30 PM with cocktails and other beverages.

What is the attire for the event? Show: Dress in a dressy casual.

Will a mask be required at the event? No. However, we ask that you not attend the event if you exhibit cold or flu-like symptoms unless you have a negative COVID test. We will not require proof of a negative test.

What are my parking options for getting to and from the event? You may park anywhere in the Doubletree parking lot.

Should I bring anything to the event? We recommend a light jacket or wrap as the ballroom can get chilly during the show portion of our event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can download the Eventbrite app with your tickets, or get printed tickets.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, but each guest must have a ticket to scan. In this case, giving a printed ticket to your guest may work best.
