The Price Is Artificial

Keller Williams Realty Downtown, LLC

Use AI to strengthen your pricing strategy and improve your seller conversations.

KW Downtown Denver

Winning the pricing conversation takes more than showing a seller a stack of comps.

The agent has to explain what the data means, connect it to the seller’s goals, and make a recommendation the seller can understand and trust.

AI can help with that work. It can also create bad analysis, false confidence, and generic communication when it is poorly trained or given weak information.

In this hands-on workshop, we will work through a real listing and seller scenario together. You will learn how to train the AI platform of your choice, provide it with useful market information, and use it to improve the way you communicate your pricing strategy.

The goal is not to let AI decide the price.

The goal is to use AI to help you explain your professional analysis more clearly and win the listing without giving up your judgment or your voice.

What we will cover

How not to use AI for pricing

Learn where agents get into trouble when they ask AI to analyze incomplete data, choose a price, or make conclusions it is not qualified to make.

Train your AI for pricing analysis

Build clear instructions that teach your AI how to work with your data, follow your process, and stay inside the boundaries you set.

Analyze the unique differences between properties

Use AI to organize and communicate meaningful differences between the subject property and the comparable sales without treating every feature like a simple dollar adjustment.

Enhance your listing presentation

Use AI to strengthen:

Your initial pricing presentation

Your response to seller resistance

Your written follow-up after the meeting

Your price-adjustment communication when a listing stalls

What you will leave with

By the end of the workshop, you will have:

A trained AI setup for pricing-related work

A reusable pricing-analysis prompt

A seller-conversation framework

A process for improving listing-presentation language

AI training instructions you can continue using after the workshop

Important boundaries

AI should support your analysis and communication. It should not replace:

Your CMA

Your market knowledge

Your selection of comparable properties

Your final pricing recommendation

Your responsibility to verify the information you share

Do not upload confidential client information into an AI platform.

What to bring

Please bring:

A laptop

Access to the AI platform of your choice

Your login information

A paid AI account is recommended because free accounts may have limited features, but it is not required.

All listing information and data needed for the workshop will be provided.

Event details

Tuesday, October 13th
1:30 PM–3:00 PM
917 Auraria Parkway, Denver, CO 80204

You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to connect to Wi-Fi, log into your AI account, and check in.

Parking and arrival

Park in the RAV4 parking lot at Ball Arena.

The building is located on the west side of the parking lot. Attendees will check in when they arrive.

Who should attend

This workshop is for any real estate agent who works with sellers.

You do not need to have attended The Price Is Wrong, and you do not need prior experience using AI.

The workshop is free and open to agents from any brokerage.

FAQ

Do I need experience using AI?

No. We will start with the instructions and setup needed to use an AI tool for this type of work.

Do I need a paid AI account?

No, but it is recommended. Some free accounts may have limits that affect what you can complete during the workshop.

Do I need to bring a real listing?

No. A real listing and seller scenario will be provided for the workshop.

Will AI determine the listing price?

No. AI will be used to support the agent’s analysis and communication. The agent remains responsible for the comparable properties, market interpretation, and final pricing recommendation.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

Yes. This is a hands-on workshop, and attendees will build and test their setup during the session.
