Capture the Flag Football

Le Day Club is back for Event #3: Capture the Flag Football. We split everyone into teams and run five back-to-back challenges, building up to the flag football showdown. Speed, teamwork, a little trash talk, and a lot of new friends.

THE RUN OF PLAY

1. Warm up. Three isometric holds: plank, wall sit, glute bridge. Your whole team holds with you.

2. Speed. Cones, jumps, and a flat-out sprint, one racer at a time, your team screaming you home.

3. The game. Capture the flag: grab the other team's flag and get it home. Guard yours with your life.

4. The pass. Everyone runs a short route and takes a clean pass. Drop one and it's jumping jacks before you go again.

5. Flag football. Belts on, flags out. No tackling, emotional damage only.

GOOD TO KNOW

- No experience needed. If you can jog and laugh at yourself, you're qualified.

- Teams are split beforehand with data-driven tools, so every game stays tight and fair.

- Bring athletic clothes, indoor shoes, and water. We bring the energy and the orange sunglasses.

- Photos: opt in and the next day you get every photo you appear in, and only those, via face matching. Privacy-first, fully compliant, your data stays yours.

THE AFTER

From 6 PM we take over Pub 100 Génies, right inside the ÉTS building. Replay every play, meet everyone properly, zero rush to leave.
