比赛赛制:

• 比赛限16人。
• 比赛采用最新中式国标规则。
• 全程双败淘汰制。
• 比赛实行轮流冲球。
• 败方付台费
• 女士及14岁以下让后一。
• 比赛双方对战由赛前抽签决定，报名选手需按时参加比赛，开赛前半小时开始抽签，未到场选手由工作人员代抽。 比赛开始迟到10分钟判负一局，迟到30分钟视为弃赛。 本次比赛不设裁判，如有争议请在下次击球前向工作人员提出。
• 上届冠军放全场后一起步。如在此条件下再次获得冠军，可获得蝉联冠军奖。

Tournament Format:

• The field is limited to 16 players.
• The event will be played under the latest official Chinese Eight-Ball rules.
• The tournament will be conducted in a double-elimination format.
• Matches will be played with alternate breaks.
• Loser pay the table fee.
• Female players and players under the age of 14 receive a one-ball handicap.
• Match pairings will be determined by a pre-tournament draw. All players must arrive on time. The draw will take place 30 minutes prior to the start of play. Players not present will be drawn by tournament staff.
• A player arriving 10 minutes late will forfeit one rack. A player arriving 30 minutes late will forfeit the match.
• Matches will be self-refereed. Any dispute must be raised with tournament staff before the next shot is taken.
