Three currently Californian singer-songwriters Tom Henry & The Honeys, Jeff Moller and Michael James Tapscott land in Detroit for an evening of songs and sketches. Joining in support is Heavy Gift, a local all-star duo composed of singer-songwriter Fred Thomas and violist/composer Indira Edwards.

Jeff Moller steps out on his own after years as sideman with Sugar Candy Mountain, Papercuts and many other ensemble projects.

Michael James Tapscott creates experimental folk music under a variety of monikers including Odawas, More Animals of the Arctic and Pacific Walker, to just name a few.

Together, they tour under the banner of their Oakland-based record label Royal Oakie.
