We'll guide you step by step through a delicious mushroom risotto: a slow-cooked base of arborio rice, gradually enriched with stock into a creamy, cohesive texture, layered with sauteed mushrooms for earthy depth, and finished with a restrained touch of butter and cheese. Rich, composed, and yours to recreate at home.
