During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.

Sound Meditation Presents is a nonprofit on a mission to make the healing power of sound accessible to everyone, through immersive concerts, educational programs, and our sound bath app. Over the last ten years we've shared 185 performances with more than 60,000 people, and our dream next year is to go nationwide.

Sound Meditation (often known as 'sound healing') is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.

You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try!

Our symphony is typically conducted by Guy Douglas, and features an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more.

Led by Guy Douglas {conductor, singing bowls & gongs}

Guy Douglas also known as "The Gong Guy" has been a sound healing practitioner and gong master for over 15 years. He has been involved with the healing power of music his whole life from a variety of perspectives: writing, recording, producing, and performing. He values a philosophy of music that helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart. As one of the executive directors of SMP, he's on a mission to share these sounds— particularly the gong.

Russell Feingold {didgeridoo & Native American Flute}

Russell is a shamanic sound healer, ceremonialist, and author of Heart Wisdom, with more than 25 years on the path of Peruvian Shamanism and over 30 years of experience in holistic healing, meditation, and energy medicine. Grounded in deep care for community and Pachamama, he is a cherished collaborator and board member of our new nonprofit.

Phoenix Rose {harp}

Phoenix Rose, also known as 'The Listening Rose' is a harpist, herbalist, doula and artist.

DXVINCENZO {cello}

DXVINCENZO is a multifaceted cellist who builds atmospheres in real time, moving fluidly from classical symphonic pieces to modern contemporary sound. Whether interpreting a score or simply feeling the room, he always elevates his surroundings through music.

Jeffri Lynn Carrington {vocals}

Jeffri is a multi-genre vocalist with an angelic and ethereal voice who recently moved to the Pacific Northwest. Combining classical training and vast experience performing with many ensembles both in the US and internationally, she breathes intention and heartfelt emotion into every note.

Simona Asinovski {monolina & vibraphone}

Simona Asinovski is one of the creative forces behind Sound Meditation Presents. As executive director, she's committed to sharing this practice of deep rest and restoration with as many people as possible. She's an event producer, multidisciplinary artist and the author of 'The Sound Bath Coursebook'.
