Guided discussion and processing, mindfulness, journaling, and creative projects. Girls leave more grounded, confident, and connected.
Adolescence is loud, fast, and pressure-filled. This group offers something different- a steady relational space where teen & tween girls can slow down, feel seen, and grow.
Over 8 sessions, we will:
- Strengthen identity beyond performance and social media
- Build healthy friendship and communication skills
- Develop tools for managing anxiety, shame, and overwhelm
- Practice boundaries, consent, and self-advocacy
- Explore body image, digital habits, and perfectionism
- Deepen connection to intuition and inner authority
- Experience belonging — not just “fitting in”
