Dance Flow Friday is a night of music, movement, and good energy for anyone who loves to dance or wants to start. Shelly and friends lead the session, guiding the room through flowing movement at a pace that lets everyone find their groove.
No dance experience is needed, and every level has a place on the floor. Come solo or bring a friend, and leave with a few new moves and a lighter step.
