Join us for yoga flow session to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind!
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Join us for a special yoga practice centered around healing, self-care, strength, and hope.
This beginner-friendly class creates space to slow down, breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment.
Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this class is open to all levels. Together, we can use movement and community to remind ourselves that healing doesn't have to happen alone.
