Join us for yoga flow session to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind!

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

This 50-minute, beginner-friendly yoga class is focused on gentle movement, stretching, mindfulness, and creating space for reflection and self-care.

Join us as we honor survivors, raise awareness, and create community through movement. You don't need to have any yoga experience — simply bring yourself and your willingness to slow down.
