Join us for yoga flow session to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind!

Close out Hispanic Heritage Month with an evening dedicated to movement, reflection, and connection.

This beginner-friendly yoga practice combines gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness to create space to slow down and reconnect with yourself and those around you.

Yoga is more than movement — it's an opportunity to create community, find stillness, and take care of yourself.
