Yoga For The People: Community Class (All-Levels) | Donation Based
A donation-based restorative community yoga practice rooted in nervous system care, gentle movement, connection, and Yoga Nidra.
Yoga for the People is a donation-based community practice created to make movement, nervous system care, and deep rest a little more accessible.
This is not a class about pushing farther, stretching deeper, or performing a perfect pose. We’ll move slowly through restorative and gentle shapes with space to breathe, notice, modify, rest, and listen to what your body is asking for.
We’ll close the practice with Yoga Nidra, an extended guided rest practice that invites you to do something many of us rarely give ourselves permission to do:
nothing.
Come move at your own pace. Come rest. Come breathe. Come be in community without needing to show up as anything other than yourself.
Expect:
• Gentle and restorative yoga
• Breath and nervous system awareness
• Spacious, accessible movement
• Yoga Nidra and guided deep rest
• A welcoming, non-performance-based practice
All levels and bodies are welcome. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything cozy you’d like for Yoga Nidra, such as a blanket, sweatshirt, or eye pillow.
This class is donation based. Give what feels accessible to you and come practice with us.
